I advanced metal additive manufacturing to enable production of one
of the world’s largest titanium components—a milestone for aerospace. 
I transformed a high-performance aluminum billet into one of the most precise optical elements in its class using digitally controlled subtractive workflows.

I also developed a sensor-to-technical-note methodology that links data capture, analysis, and decision-making—providing a blueprint for how hardware should be designed, manufactured, and tested. Over more than two decades, I’ve seen that technology must not merely keep pace—it must converge, accelerate, and deliberately change the status quo.

My research spans additive, hybrid, and digital manufacturing, with emphasis on aerospace and high-performance applications. I work across disciplines to turn complexity into measurable impact and publish regularly—often in collaboration with the European Space Agency—on advanced materials, space-related applications, and digitally driven production processes. At the core is a conviction that bold technological convergence drives faster, more robust, and smarter solutions.

I have presented results at leading international conferences and helped shape the conversation on advanced manufacturing—regularly at the ESA Advanced Manufacturing Conferences and at ICALEO, Superalloys, MS&T, and Eurosuperalloys.

These platforms strengthen collaborations and my ability to communicate complex work clearly, precisely, and with impact. I integrate results into compelling narratives for high-performing consortia and represent joint research where my expertise creates the greatest leverage.
